How long does completion take?
Each piece requires approximately 7 days for hand-embellishment, drying, and custom framing. This ensures every detail meets our museum-grade standards before dispatch.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay — no additional fees or hidden charges.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Once complete, your artwork ships via UPS. Transit time is typically 2 working days, so you can expect delivery within 10 working days from your order date.
What if my order / shipment is damaged?
All artworks are inspected and packed carefully. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or resolution.
