All artworks are made to order and individually hand-embellished, making each piece bespoke.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Because every artwork is custom-finished, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, size selection, or aesthetic preference.

Returns are only accepted in the event of damage in transit or manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Defective Artworks

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Depending on circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Replacements are shipped at no additional cost.
