Return & Refund Policy

All Frame Café artworks are individually produced to order and hand-finished. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

Made-to-Order Artworks

Each artwork is custom produced and hand-embellished specifically for your order. This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, size selection, or aesthetic preference.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to assess the issue.

Where a fault or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
