Our artworks are produced on archival canvas and presented in custom, hand-finished frames with closed corners for a refined gallery finish. Each piece is supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming its originality and provenance.

Hand-Finished Details
Each canvas is individually finished by hand with subtle painted highlights to add texture, depth, and variation. This process ensures that no two pieces are exactly alike while preserving the integrity of the original artwork.

Longevity
Each artwork is protected with a museum-grade Art Shield finish to reduce glare and preserve the surface. When displayed indoors away from direct sunlight, colour and texture remain stable for decades.

Can I Change My Order
Yes. Changes can be made before production begins, including frame style, size, artwork selection, or delivery address. To add additional pieces, please contact our team.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
If you have any concerns on receipt, notify us promptly. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with our quality standards.

When will my order begin production?
Your artwork enters production within 48 hours of order confirmation.

How long does completion take?
Each piece is individually finished, hand-embellished, and custom framed. Production and curing typically take up to 7 days before the artwork is cleared for dispatch.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment size.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Once production is complete, your artwork is shipped via UPS using secure, tracked delivery. UK transit typically takes 2 working days. International delivery times vary by destination.

What if my order / shipment is damaged?
Every artwork is inspected and professionally packed before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

For UK deliveries, all import charges, duties, and VAT are included in your order. There will be no additional fees to pay on delivery.

All Frame Café artworks are individually produced to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Klarna allows you to split your purchase into three interest-free payments. The first payment is taken at checkout, with the remaining two collected automatically by Klarna over the following weeks.

How do I hang my artwork?
Each frame arrives ready to hang with a professionally fitted picture cord, allowing immediate wall display.

How do I care for my framed artwork
Your artwork is finished with a museum-grade Art Shield coating, so no glass or acrylic is required. Keep out of direct sunlight and clean only with a soft, dry duster. Avoid liquids, sprays, or abrasive materials, which may damage the surface.
