Production & Dispatch

All Frame Café artworks are produced to order and individually hand-finished. Production typically begins within 48 hours of order confirmation and takes up to 7 days to complete before dispatch.

Once production is complete, your artwork is released for shipping.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom:
  UPS tracked delivery, typically 2 working days from dispatch

• United States:
  UPS international delivery, typically 3–6 working days from dispatch

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or seasonal carrier volumes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged at checkout based on destination:

• United Kingdom: £15 flat rate

• United States: $40 flat rate

These rates cover professional packaging, tracked courier service, and handling of oversized framed artwork.

Duties & Taxes

• United Kingdom
  All import charges, duties, and VAT are included in your order. There will be no additional fees to pay on delivery.

• United States
  Artworks are exported VAT-free. Any applicable local import charges are handled by the carrier as part of delivery.

Delivery Issues

Every artwork is inspected and securely packed before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
